I’m familiar with communities within communities like Harbour Island inside Marsh Landing, River Landing inside Nocatee, the estates section of Sea Colony. I understand the nuances between San Juan, Rutile and Le Master Drives. I’m acutely aware of how Atlantic & Neptune Beach property values are impacted by walkability to Town Center. And I know Ponte Vedra Blvd. Like the back of my hand. San Marco, Avondale, and Riverside have distinct personalities of which I am no stranger. I stay plugged in to Downtown’s vision as it manifests with projects like The Four Seasons, The June Club, and the ever growing culinary scene with upcoming restaurants like Asado Life and Oak Steakhouse.
